The First Training Day

Radical change never terribly unaddressed, how I look, how I eat, I just let it flow and basically ate what came up, and did nothing. I kept stuffing sweet things. More than sweet but I ate fatty foods such as steaks, pork ribs, knees, chips, popcorn, lunchmeat, bacon and the like.

Move molested me; it overweight is doing something wrong. For a while it did not show anything but "only" the most overweight. But then came the time of various bizarre health problems, nausea, feeling sick. The difficulties that no one could really identify

The highlight was a feeling that is trying to attack me. Cardiologist was horrified, blood tests and cholesterol were so bad that I was forced to change.

In January 2013, I therefore visited the gym where I subscribed to exercise belly baking dish once a week. Do not worry, the first visit to the gym, everybody was nice and that you go alone, is not a problem at all.
